May 23rd, 2013, Brian Center Health and Rehab – Durham was inspected the Department of Health and Human Services for our annual Life Safety survey. This survey inspects our compliance with regulations related to building codes and safety. Our building was found to be compliant with all state requirements and regulations and was deemed deficiency free.
